In Deuteronomy 30:19-20, we deliberately choose life and blessing or death and cursing, in the same way Ephesians 3:14-21 show we deliberately choose to believe the Lord Jesus Christ lives in us, enabling us to understand God’s love, and our being filled with God, who is perfect Love (Ephesians 3:14-21; 1 John 4:7-8, 12-13); therefore, when we believe God and His word, we expect to enjoy close, intimate, sweet, peaceful relationship with the Creator, Sustainer, and glorious King (Psalm 24:8-10), the Godhead, the One True God, Father, Son (Word-1 John 5:7), and Holy Spirit; God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, whose name God changed to Israel (Genesis 32:28), and we always receive what our faith expects.
For we no longer argue or disbelieve God and His word, so when we desperately cry out to Him, “Father, I want all of You there is,” and He firmly but sweetly answers, “You have all of Me there is; just believe it,” which is exactly what Ephesians 3:14-21 authoritatively says.
Faith to believe what God says in His written word, the Bible, and trust Him to keep His word, is a deliberate, premeditated choice, even when we cannot explain or understand the scripture verses we hear read or we read, but we keep loving and choosing to believe every verse of Scripture in God’s word, the Bible, and slowly but surely understanding will come to us with the ability to correctly explain them (analyze/dissect correctly: 2 Timothy 2:14-16), for this is the love-mission of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11; Luke 11:9-13; John 16:13-15).
Every human being is a tripartite (having three parts), for we are spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:13, in the order God sees us; not in the reverse order people see us).
As Christians, the Holy Spirit lives in and speaks through our human spirit (that has three parts: intuition, communion, conscience).
The human spirit then speaks to our human soul (that also has three parts: emotion, mind, will).
And the human soul then controls our human body (that only has two parts: carnal (being human—1 Corinthians 2:14), and flesh (the sinful nature inherited from Adam—Romans 5; 1 Corinthians 15:45-49).
Thus, when we allow the Godhead to control our human spirit; allow our human spirit to control our human soul, and our human soul to control our human body; then we are allowing the Holy Spirit to completely control us, because we are filled with the fullness of God who is Grace, excessed by Faith, working through Love, Peace, and Truth (Romans 5:1-5; Galatians 5:6; John 1:17; Hebrews 12:2; Ephesians 3:19; 1 John 4:7-8; 14:6; Ephesians 2:13-14).
Trusting the God whose word we believe and obey, brings life and blessings (Deuteronomy 30:19-20), far beyond our imagination (Ephesians 4:20-21).When we fully focus our mind (our total soul—emotion, mind, will), on Christ Jesus, He then becomes our Perfect Peace, Rest, and Completeness, because we fully trust everything to Him (Isaiah 26:3; Ephesians 2:13-14; Matthew 11:25-30; Colossians 1:8-10).
When we listen to and obey God; our human spirit, soul, and body believe and obey Him.
To know God, we must first know His word, and to know His word, we must first know God.
Christianity is not complicated; just give everything to God and trust it to Him.
