Holy Spirit Comes Into Us

Our Lord Jesus tells us in John 16:13-14, when the Holy Spirit comes into us and we fully accept Him for who He is and all He can and will do in and through us; the Holy Spirit of truth will guide us into the truth of the Godhead, as revealed in Scripture. He will tell us coming things, glorify or give honor to Jesus Christ, and will declare or make clear what we have in Christ Jesus, our Lord, by His sacrificial death, resurrection, ascension, and life.

Likewise, Hebrews 11:1 explains present, active faith is the substance or ultimate reality of our hopes and the evidence or proof of coming things. This is positive faith we can feel.

Therefore, we must ask father God, through Christ Jesus, by the Holy Spirit, to give us His present, active faith (Hebrews 12:2), as our ultimate reality and proof of what He planned next for us, so we fully accept His will (Matthew 6:10), believe Him, and unquestionably obey Him, with praise, thanks (Ephesians 5:20-21; 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18), and worship, in total, humble, submission to His word—the holy Scriptures—His written will for us.

God created us; therefore, God still owns and controls everything He created (2 Chronicles 18; Job 1-2); thus, everything God created, owns, and controls, perfectly fits into His divine will, and those who humbly ask for His will to be done will lose their will in His will, surrender everything to His care (1 Peter 5:6-7), keep their mind on Him (Isaiah 26:3), totally trust everything to Him (Mark 11:22), and His will (Ecclesiastes 3:1-11), and have perfect peace (Ephesians 2:13-14; Philippians 4:7), restful sleep (Psalm 127:2), and enjoy divine health (3 John 1:2).

Believe and obey God’s word, but trust God, whose word we believe.

The Holy Spirit will guide us and win, or He will oppose us and win (Isaiah 63:9-10); thus, we must have a close, intimate, sweet, personal relationship with Him (Luke 11:9-13).
