Fearless Heart and Spirit

The satanic spirit of murder and suicide sweeping America also worked in earlier bible days; in Judges 16:28-30, Samson, one of Israel’s judges, asked God to let him die when, by collapsing the posts supporting the roof, many Philistines (Israel’s enemies) would die with him.

In 1 Kings 19:1-10, the Prophet Elijah, fearing Queen Jezebel’s witchcraft, ran; asking God to take his life, but God instead took him to heaven in a whirlwind (2 Kings 2:1-11).

Job, in 7:13-21, blamed God for taking away everything He had given him, and then placing festering boils over his body, but all this came from Satan (chapters 1-2), at God’s prompting, because Job allowed the spirit of dreadful fear to control him (Job 1:4-5; 3:25); thus, God was letting Job know He was his Help and not his enemy (Job 42:1-10); Satan was his enemy.

The prophet Jonah, in 4:1-3, was angry with God because the people of Nineveh (capital of the Assyrian Empire), repented, and trusted God, yet Satan wanted them totally destroyed, so he tried to keep Jonah from preaching God’s forgiving love to them, but God’s will prevailed.

Do not blame God for anything, but give God credit for everything, for God is always faithful to help when we, in humble, submissive surrender, ask for His help (Deuteronomy 7:9).

Suicide and murder by any means is never the answer to any situation, regardless of the severity, for God who is Love (1 John 4:7-8) and Peace (Romans 16:20; Ephesians 3:13-14; Philippians 4:6-9), is always ready to answer any humble, submissive, repentant prayer for help, so choose God’s help instead of the spirit of death (humanity’s enemy; 1 Corinthians 15:24-26), by murder, suicide, or negligence.

We receive God’s power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7), when we humbly and thankfully ask for it, to replaces the satanic spirit of fear (1 John 4:18), leading to suicide.

This is what God, in Deuteronomy 30:19-20a commands of us: “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you LIFE and death, BLESSINGS and cursing; THEREFORE CHOOSE LIFE (life and blessings are together), that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days….”

Also the satanic spirit of suicide works so Christians accept his fatal disease and sickness, as could have happened in Luke 18:1-8; because, before Jesus tells His parable of the persistent widow facing the unjust judge; He in verse 1 gives a command to explain the parable, “Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart (give up, quit),”

Jesus never says the widow went to the judge to “trouble” him, but she did “cry out to God day and night” (verse7), and God placed fear of her in the judge, so he avenged her of her adversary; for, in verses7-8, Jesus commands His body, the church, to NEVER accept what the satanic spirits try using to steal, kill, and destroy us (John 10:10), so in the name of the Lord Jesus (Colossians 3:17), reject them; by in the name of the Lord Jesus, accepting the healing and health Jesus purchased with the stripes He took for us (Isaiah 53:4-5; 1 Peter 2:24-25; 3 John 1:2).

Disbelievers will argue “God does not heal everyone”; but God also does not save everyone; only those who ask in faith for His salvation, and only those who have faith to receive God’s healing, receive it (Luke 18:7-8; Romans 10:8-13; 1 John 5:1-5).

Faith to deliver (Psalm 107:20, heal (Psalm 103:1-5, and save (Romans 10:10), so many reject is the faith Christ Jesus is looking for now, and when He returns for His church (Luke 18:7-8).

But a destroying diet will overcome strong faith, if we choose not to eat and drink to be healthy, for our diet should be only what edifies Christ and helps the body heal (Romans 14:20).

Father God always allows us to choose His life and blessings, also He allows us to choose death and cursing; so make wise choices both spiritually and dieting; it might mean if we live or die, and where we spend eternity.
