We have great news from the Bethlehem barn—Jesus Christ, Son of God, Son of Man—is born, and not only lives with us but also in those who give Him complete control of their lives, yet very few of those who lived around Him during His earthly stay, actually knew the Lord Jesus was God, the Creator, Sustainer, Provider, Master, Authority, Grace, Knowledge, Power, Truth, and Wisdom.
Although Jesus, the resurrected Christ, is all humanity will ever need in this life and in the life yet to come, very few people actually know Him personally and have an active, loving, personal relationship with Him through the Holy Spirit.
The second chapter of Luke so vividly word-pictures the joyous, exciting, and awesomely birth experience, with the angelic choir announcing it to the busy shepherds tending their flocks that special night, who left their sheep long enough to see at Bethlehem the Lord Christ.
God coming from heaven to earth in the form of a human Baby, announced by angels and a heavenly host praising Him (God), whose glory surrounded them, as they felt His perfect peace.
All the joyous Scriptures explaining the ascension of God to earth in the form of a human Child cannot be overemphasized or fully explained, but to personally experience this unexplainable miracle in our own lives far exceeds what few details Scripture permits us.
At times we face “the impossible” with daily tears and prayers, and it seems endless, until it is time for God to “step in”, and immediately everything lines up perfectly, miracle, after miracle, and now we cannot praise, thank, and worship Him the way we know He deserves it—we call it God—grace, love, and mercy.
Almost fourteen-years-ago—March 8, 2010—I was dying because the back heart (mitral) valve was dead, unworkable, but just in time a specially certified surgeon of the mitral heart valve; removed that heart valve and replaced it with a pig valve, telling me he guaranteed his work; if I ever had a problem, come back and he would take that pig valve out and replace it with another one. Now almost fourteen-years-later, December 21, 2023, he and his partner have placed the new pig valve inside the old pig valve and now I have about three-fourths the original blood flow. Every detail of this has come together so beautifully after months of heart tests and detail planning to be certain everything humanly possible that can be done, has.
This all began with an appointment in November 2023 to place a camera and light down my throat, so the doctors could examine the mitral heart valve, but Wednesday September 27, 2023, I told the cardiology doctors, I was dying, unable to get my breath, no energy, and could only walk a few steps until my breath gave out; thus, they told me they would do the camera-light test Friday September 29, 2023. Friday September 29, I was home sitting in my rocking chair, talking to the Lord, waiting until time to leave home and go to the hospital for the camera-light test, when I told the Lord, “I would like to walk away from all this”, when suddenly I felt the Lord’s power go through me, and energizing life came into me, and I began praising Him with joyful excitement. The doctors and nursing staff witnessed the supernatural change in me, and from there every detail of this has come together perfectly orchestrated by the God who came to earth as a human Baby, so many years-ago.
By experience, I have found all problems must be given to Jesus, so we totally trust it to Him; then forget about it and trust Him to do with it what is best. He then will get it done—if we stay out of it and trust it to Him—but as long as we try to work it out, He will let us try until we finally give it to Him, get out of His way, and completely trust Him with it, for only He knows the solution to everything we will face in this life, and the life to come.
Give God the chance to prove His awesome love to you, and His miracles will astonish you, just as His miraculous birth of becoming “Immanuel, God with us”, did at the Bethlehem barn.
